Registration Periods
- Early registration: October 31(Friday, from noon), 2025 to May 22 (Friday), 2026
(Payment deadline: May 22, 2026) - Late registration: June 1 (Monday; from noon), 2026 to June 12 (Friday), 2026
(Payment deadline: June 12, 2026)
Note: From May 23 (Saturday) to May 31 (Sunday), 2026 the registration system will be under maintenance, and registration will not be entertained.
Registration Method
Registration is accepted online (instructions are provided in Japanese).
If you experience any difficulty using the Japanese system, please contact the Congress Secretariat (jslm110@jtbcom.co.jp).
Registration and Payment Method
Registration must be completed online only. On‐site (at the venue) registration will not be accepted. If you plan to register on the inauguration day of the Congress, you must still complete online registration on said day in advance.
Payment method: Credit card only. For participants who prefer not to or cannot use a credit card for whatever reasons, bank transfer options will be provided in the system instructions.

Presentation Fee
For each presentation (one item), the fee is ¥6,000 (tax exempt).
If a non‐member wishes to present (including as a co‐author), he or she will be asked to register as a member of the Japanese Society of Legal Medicine. The normal membership fee is ¥10,000 for regular membership or ¥5,000 for student membership. However, if you have already paid the one‐time presentation fee (¥5,000) or annual presentation fee (¥10,000) to the Society Secretariat office, you may be exempt from full membership.
Social Dinner
- Date & Time: June 11 (Thursday), 2026, 19:00–20:30
- Venue: Taisetsu Ji-Beer Hall, 11-1604 Miyashita-dori, Asahikawa city, Hokkaido 070-0030
- Participation Fee: ¥7,000 (tax included); includes Hokkaido specialty “Genghis Khan” barbecue + unlimited locally brewed beer.
- Note: Please take note that the smell of barbecue may adhere to your clothing.
- Capacity: 200 participants (registration will be closed once the capacity is reached).
